What's your MOQ?
For the first stage, one sample can be provided first for evaluation. Standard ones could be any quantities if there are in stock.
What's the lead time?
Sample: 3-4 working days when there is stock,10 working days for customized one. Production order: 10-25 working days depending on order quantity.
What's your guarantee for the screens?
For our orders, we mainly put them into the warranty terms after they arrived at your destination. Then they would be DOA and RMA services within the warranty. Normally 1 year warranty for standard order, we could extend to 2 years warranty if we agreed with our customers. 3 years warranty could be discussed together for some special projects.
What kinds of payment methods does your company accept?
Most of methods accepted here, such as T/T, ACH , Paypal, Western Union, Credit Card, MoneyGram,etc.
Do you provide the shipping service?
Yes, we do. Good channels to do the door-to –door service by DHL/FEDEX/UPS/TNT/ARAMEX/EMS,etc. Sea shipments could be responsible by our side and we would buy insurance to guarantee our shipments.
